The Bangalore office of JWT India has partnered with the Karnataka state government to prepare an marketing communication on attracting more investments into Karnataka. The campaign around 'Advantage Karnataka' theme would be released ahead of the Global Investors' Meet to be held towards the first month of 2010. JWT India, along with its associates - IPAN Hill & Knowlton (PR) and Encompass (events), will partner the event. "Karnataka holds good potential to attract more investments across a wide range of industrial sectors ranging from textiles to Information Technology. The association with the state government is very paramount to us." says Rajesh Gangwani, senior vice-president, JWT India. The government has identified seven sectors including IT/BT, food processing, textile, iron & steel, cement, auto & auto components, cement and power as potential investment drivers for the state. The agency would start the work on the campaign with immediate efect. The media mix would include certain traditional mediums, apart from key messaging, massive PR activities and hosting the event. |
