Roopa wins 'Super Star Global' title

Amrita TV's music reality show 'Lux Super Star Global' ended on April 5, with Roopa winning the title and an Mercedes Benz car. The second winner was Jeetu, while the third place went to Teena.

In an press release issued, Roopa says, "I never dreamt that I would be performing on such a platform, and more importantly being declared numero uno among thousands of aspirants who auditioned worldwide for the competition."

The Chief Guest for the show was singer Vani Jayaram, who also performed at the grand finale. The journey for the show started with auditions of over 20,000 aspirants in India, USA, UK and UAE, from which 21 contestants were short listed.
