Gursheel Walia joins BAG Films for its glamour channel

Gursheel Walia has joined BAG Films & Media Ltd as Programming Head for its upcoming glamour channel.

Walia has been with Star Plus and Sony and has to her credit the creation and launch of some of the best known programs in the Hindi General Entertainment genre. She has also created and promoted many prime time shows, afternoon programming and events like Filmfare awards etc.

Walia brings with her a vast experience and understanding of programming, production. She holds a Masters in English Language and Literature and also a Diploma in Social Communications Media.

Says Walia, "I am looking forward to designing a channel and creating shows in the non-fiction space as I felt it would be an enriching challenge."
