Cinemax Multiplex enters Guwahati

Cinemax India will be inaugurating its 12th Multiplex chain at Guwahati, Assam. The multiplex chain will be opened to the audience with the Blockbuster of the Year, Spiderman 3 and the Hindi flick Good Boy Bad Boy. With the commencement of this operation, the company shall have more than 10,800 seats having 38 screens.

An press release informs that this is the first multiplex of its kind in Assam and it is also the first new theatre in the past two decades in the city. The two-screen multiplex will also offer patrons an exotic and luxurious experience, Cinemaxperience.

Cinemax has also tied up with a Mall Developer for 3 Screen Multiplex at Vashi, Navi Mumbai housing approximately over 900 seats. The said Mall will commence its commercial operation before end of 2007.
