Remember the badshah of all countdowns Superhit Muqabla? The show is going to be revived almost a decade after it hit the marquee and resulted in many other copy cat countdowns. The show is going to be slicker this time round, keeping in tune with the new age. Also, there might two hosts pulling the show together, instead of a solo one like the old times. However, the makers aren't sure about this yet. Producer Irfan Khan is most excited about the show coming back on TV. He says, "We had been planning to get the show back for a long time, but couldn't manage to do that. I'm glad that finally everything is working out and the show is going to be back." According to him, Superhit Muqabla in an all new avatar will be something to watch out for, as it has been reworked on big time. Let's see if it will have no muqabla from other shows like in the past! Chunky Pandey, who barely has his new talk show Rokkky Mera Naam taken off on Sahara Filmy, that he has already launched another venture. He's already got movies, page 3 appearances, event management and sustaining his superstar status in Bangladesh on his plate. Add to this production. Chunky, along with his business partner Abhijit Chowdhary, has now turned producer for the new series of the popular TV prog ramme Superhit Muqabla (Sundays, 10pm), a countdown show on DD. |
