K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC in Dubai Media City

K Sera Sera Productions has incorporated a 100% subsidiary under the name K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC in Dubai Media City, Dubai. The new division was incorporated on January 19, 2006.

The 100% subsidiary K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC has been incorporated to carry on the activities of production, distribution, pre-production, rights management and post production of films and television software. For the company's expansion on operations & for distribution of movies in Dubai, the Directors had held a meeting October 29, 2005 and had approved incorporation in Dubai Technology, Electronic Commerce and media Free Zone in the name & style of K Sera Sera Productions, FZ-LLC.

The paid up share capital of the Company is Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) 50,000(50 shares of AED 1000 each). Monesh Manghnani is appointed as a Director Manager and Negotiator for the Company to be incorporated. Parag Sanghavi or Monesh Manghnani will do all necessary acts and execute all necessary documents in this regard.

Note, that the K Sera Sera Productions has recently tapped the capital market with a public issue of 50 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each. The issue opened on February 16, and closed on February 22, '06.

K Sera Sera started film production in the year 2003-04 by successfully bringing together Ram Gopal Varma, one of India's most creative directors, in an MOU and produced three successful films - Darna Mana Hai, Ek Hasina Thi and Ab Tak Chappan, in the first year of operations. K Sera Sera then produced a star-studded mega show exclusively for Sony Entertainment Television in the first year of our operations. K Sera Sera's first movie Darna Mana Hai was released during the year 2003-04. Two more movies Ek Hasina Thi and Ab Tak Chappan were released during last year.

K Sera Sera also entered into a MoU with Sahara India Mass Communication and Varma Corporation to collectively produce ten Hindi movies under the Sahara banner. The first movie produced under this banner was Ab Tak Chappan. During the financial year 2004-05 we produced three movies Gayab, Vaastu Shastra & Naach. Three movies Sarkar, My wife's murder and James were also released in 2005, My wife's murder and James were under the Sahara Banner.

K Sera Sera ventured into television content production during the year 2003-04 and produced television serials Kuch Love Kuch Masti and Aao Bahan Chugli Karen' for Sahara Television channel and 'Kaashish' was aired on Zee TV. K Sera Sera incorporated Twenty Twenty in October 2004 to concentrate on television content production. The serial Darna Mana Hai started airing from November 2005 on Star One.
