Actor Aamir Khan's wedding celebrations at Panchgani in Maharashtra had a bitter note when a scuffle broke out between his personal security guards and the media, who was trying to enter the star's hotel.

Some TV cameras were damaged in the fracas while a reporter from CNBC TV18 was injured on the head. Aamir, who married Kiran Rao in a civil ceremony in Mumbai on Wednesday evening, arrived in his hill station for the celebrations. The mediamen had tried to enter the Il Palazzo hotel to get a closer look at the celebrations.

Note Television actor Ronit Roy and his security company provides Security to Aamir Khan, though Ronit Roy personally apologised to the mediapersons. However, the reporters have filed a non-cognisable offence with the police.

This minor disruption aside, the reception was a starstudded affair. Prominent cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh attended the gala. Among the film fraternity, actor Dev Anand came to bless the couple. With most guests choosing to arrive in a Volvo, covered by curtains, and their own cars, it was difficult to track the other invitees.
