    Culminating the various facets of media and the emerging growth prospects in India today, SAE Technology College organised an interactive discussion session of industry professionals with students and aspiring media professionals, marking the fifth anniversary celebration of SAE’s presence in India.

    It was a very informative seminar wherein students from various schools and colleges and media institutions were given a chance to interact with industry stalwarts and to know more about the ever-growing media industry too.

    Speakers included Sushmita Dasgupta, renowned critic on Indian cinema, Victor Kalyan Ghoshe, advertising professional from Mudra Communications, Nishant Pagare, wildlife film maker, Ayan Pal, art director OgilvyOne and CB Arun Kumar,head of animation of Moving Picture Company Ltd.

    All the speakers agreed on the fact that the media industry in India has now become the most sought-after career. The Indian media industry is growing and is achieving international quality standards with more and more use of technology and software. Students were enthralled by the huge market and growth prospects of the animation industry in India. Infact, animation is the second biggest thing happening in India after BPOs.
