Buena Vista International Television's reality challenge series "The Amazing Race", is now introduced by the Chinese state broadcaster CCTV. In India, "The Amazing Race" is aired on AXN.

"Desperate Housewives" and "Lost" are rushed to Philippines, as Studio 23, operated by ABS-CBN, has taken a slate of series.

"The Amazing Race is one of the most successful reality-competition programmes in the market right now, This agreement illustrates not only the growing popularity of the show but also the importance of the unscripted genre within the Chinese marketplace." Says BVITV's senior vice president and managing director of the Asia-Pacific, Steve Macallister.

Added BVITV’s Tom Toumazis, executive vice president & managing director, EMEA: "The extreme action and competitiveness of The Amazing Race has kept many people hooked in the US and across the world, with its success growing from season to season."
