Rajiv Mishra, who was working at BAG Films as COO - Radio Dhamaal, and Director, International School of Media and Entertainment Studies has decided to move on. Meanwhile, Rajat Nigam has joined the rechristened BAG Films & Media Ltd as Director-Operations, he would also be taking over the operational responsibilities of Radio Dhamaal. Confirming the development to Televisionpoint.com, Mishra said, "I have resigned from BAG Films to accept new challenges, and I am looking forward towards convergence media, which is telecom, IPTV, mobile TV, broadband, and new media. My next assignment would be decided within the next 15 days." Rajiv has a experience of over 16 year in the field of media. Some of his earlier assignments include working for Digital Media Entertainment INC as Senior Vice President Programming; Reliance Infocomm Limited as General Manager; TV Asia as SR Vice President; Star TV (DTH) as Manager and Project Head both for the Observer Network (FM Radio initiative) and Jain TV for DTH. Rajiv is an MBA in Media Management from Metropolitan College of New York, holds a Masters in Broadcasting from International Academy of Broadcasting, Switzerland and has graduated in Multimedia from UCLA, USA. |
