Patel has more than 15 years of experience in the direct marketing industry, and she is known for her skills in innovative database development and management. She had also worked for six years with Direct Response and Data Matrix Direct.

RMG Connect is the relationship marketing division of JWT, and develops online and offline solutions in direct marketing, interactive marketing and sales promotion.
