Ekta Kapoor, Creative Head, Balaji Telefilms is more to the heart and soul than being the country's most esteemed Television fabricator. The high spiritoso of this mademoiselle is corroborated with the type of well-being comfort her soap opera and now her movies show. In the times of yore, Ekta hosted an get-together festivity to promote her imminent movie, 'Koi Aap Sa', which is ready to release and to triumph the sensation. A party held at Bowling company, Ekta and the entire cast, crew were on the throes of promoting the romantic saga. 'Koi Aap Sa' stars Aftab Shivdasani, Natasha and Dipannita Sharma. The film is a story of three friends - Rohan Simran (Simi) and Priti. They have as much fun fighting as they have making up. Their lives are full of fun, frolic and in Rohan's case - Football. Rohan loves Priti and his Best Friend Simi is forever giving him tips on how to woo the pretty miss. The fact that most of these tips backfire is another reason for Rohan and Simi to fight some more. But matters soon get sorted out once Simi's fiancé Vicky arrives on the scene. Ekta Kapoor informs, "It's been a 'Kool' year for Balaji especially after the stupendous success of Kya Kool Hain Hum. Balaji Telefilms is now ready with its Koi Aap Sa and since the story idea has been conceived by me, the film is very special to me. And I'm sure it will be very special to you because it's a heartwarming story of two best friends who redefine the meaning of friendship." When queried why her brother Tusshar does not star in the film, she says, "Tusshar didn't have dates for the film. But the entire post production is handled by him. In fact, he suggested Aftab's name for the film." Promoting the film, Natasha says, "'Koi Aap Sa' is an entirely different type of film. My role is in the film is the most unique one and matchless. It was pleasurable, cool and challenging for me to do the film." Dipannita further adds, "It's an honest film, straight from the heart. I had so much fun doing the film. I'm sure the youth will relate to the film in a big way." |
