The National Geographic Channel Network has entered in the Indian online advertising space with the launch of .Fox Networks, one of the largest international advertising networks.
The online advertising business specializes in display banner campaigns, search marketing and optimization, lead generation and affiliate marketing.
.Fox Network is one of the international network with local presence in both developed and developing markets across the world. A fully owned division of News Corp, the network currently has 150 employees in 16 countries and is looking at expanding to four new markets in Asia.
Nikhil Mirchandani, managing director, NGC Network - India, said, "It gives us great pleasure to announce the launch of .Fox Networks in India and we are confident that this new service will be of immense value to our advertisers and media partners."
NGC Networks has roped in Pooja Puri as director sales for the Indian operations. Her primary responsibility will be to lead the network's revenue. She comes to NGC with 11 years of experience in the digital domain.
Prior to joining NGC Network, Pooja was the national sales head, Hindustantimes.com. She's also been the business head at Media Contacts, the global interactive arm of MPG, responsible for setting up the India operations.
